Welcome to the annual St. Mary's Booster Club Golf Tournament Team Registration Page! Please review the details below to select your team registration, with all payments being collected online.
Team MUST register online. First, submit your payment online via the Select Payment Totals form. Second, complete the Team Information form to register your team. You must complete both steps for payment and registration of your team.

18 Hole - 4 Person Team Scramble
Team Registration Fees
Registration includes green fees, 2 carts per team, in-round meal (sandwich & chips), and post-round meal (hot dog/brat, chips, etc.)
Team Registration (Up to 4 players) - $600
Business Team Registration & Eagle Hole Sponsor - $1,000
